 I'm Estefany from Mexico, a mother of three and a fur baby who has been working in the hospitality industry for several years now. I have a passion for my work at IVM Hotel Training and have dedicated myself to gaining more knowledge in the hospitality and customer service field. I take pride in providing excellent service and creating memorable experiences for the employees and guests who we share our work with. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring new places.
