Johanna Lindsay

  Born in the Dominican Republic, people person, speaker, protective. I came to Atlanta almost 14 years ago, before working with IVM I did not know exactly what to do with my life at that time, I just put my effort into learning English. I had dreams, but not a foundation at all. Later on I met Mr. Ivan, working already in housekeeping department, doing many positions at the time, years later he became my mentor, my guide.

IVM is a big part of my life where I feel the need of helping our employees, working with them as a team, making them feel how much they can grow does not matter their kind of job, this is considered my foundation, I had learned a lot with my team, our directors, our employees and it had inspired me to be a better professional every single day.
